Zakthrexzod is committed to providing high-quality printing services for business cards and other printed materials in Denmark. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be issued for our printing services, in accordance with Danish consumer protection laws.
If you receive printed materials that do not meet our quality standards due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your concern and, if valid, provide one of the following:

It is the customer's responsibility to review proofs and approve files before printing begins.
To initiate a return:

If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipping. If a return is requested for reasons not covered by this policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom printed materials, including personalized business cards with specific designs, quantities, and finishes, are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue on our part. Once production of your business cards or other custom printed materials has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. This policy applies to all printing orders placed through our Denmark-based service.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
